From the engagement party to the last dance, ROMA brings a professional bar team, a signature cocktail menu built around the two of you, and service that keeps the line short and the night moving.
A bar that matches your wedding
Every couple is different, so we start with what you love to drink and the feeling you want the night to have. We build a menu of familiar favorites, one or two signature cocktails named for your story, and alcohol-free choices so every guest has something special in their glass. For larger weddings, a tasting session lets you try the menu before the day.
Staffed for the size of your guest list
From a single bartender for an intimate ceremony to a full bar team with a bar lead for receptions of 100 guests or more, we plan staffing so guests are served quickly from cocktail hour to the final toast. Hosts, servers, bussers and runners may also be arranged when available.
Venues, insurance and logistics
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. If your venue asks for a certificate of insurance or other documents, tell us early and we will review what is available under our policy. When a venue has no bar, our portable setups work in gardens, rooftops, backyards, lofts and private estates.

Questions we hear often
Who buys the alcohol for a wedding?
For most bookings the host purchases the alcohol. After your menu is confirmed we send a suggested shopping list with quantities based on your guest count and hours of service.
Can we do a cocktail tasting before the wedding?
Yes. Our Grand package, built for weddings and events of 100 guests or more, includes a custom menu with a tasting session.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the venue?
We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance. Share your venue's requirements early so we can confirm what we can provide.
